HOW TO NOT PAY TOO MUCH AND SELL FOR TOO LITTLE IN A DIRECT EXCHANGE

Independent appraisers can determine prices (current fair market value). After everyone approves these prices, your purchase and sales agreements can be drafted, signed, and escrows opened. Using prices equal to current fair market value in an exchange is not only objective and fair, and often the ONLY way to satisfy EVERYONE, it makes a direct exchange reasonably simple, reduces your risk and saves you time, money and grief.
