Multiple properties can be on a postcard to split costs. I often have property to add to a postcard. My office processes the FSBO, Realtor and buyer mailers and will not provide lists in any form. You can accompany us to the post office if you wish. I am happy to pay a generous referral fee. Sending postcards and emails is the ONLY way we can contact them (our 1,000 + quality buyers, etc.). We will contact them within 3 days after receiving your postcards and funds. BEFORE providing information on any property in a proposed exchange to anyone, I must either own or have one exclusively listed (NO EXCEPTION). Except for my exclusive listing clients, I cannot inform anyone of your property while we do not have your property listed. If we do not have your property listed, the only property you and I can discuss are those I own or have exclusively listed. They are on my website. Every week we receive many emails and phone calls from buyers with cash or property to exchange. If you receive our postcard or email advertising a property "For Sale or Exchange", you can assume over 1,000 others also received it. That property owner will be in a much better bargaining position due to receiving multiple offers to exchange and sale.
