COMMENTS: This property is free/clear and has subdivision maps on all four sides. Sewer, road and other services are at eastside of subject property where homes have recently been built. Around 1992 Army Corp. of Engineers inspected subject property and reported little wetlands. City says duplexes are allowed on corner lots in subdivisions zoned R-1.
